Bought a truck in 2001, transfer case went out at 2500 miles. Took Anderson over a week to fix. At 100000 miles, the transfer case went out again. Took over a week to fix it. At 13000 miles, you guessed it, transfer case went out again and took over a week to fix it. Service manager was not helpful or friendly. At 30000 miles, I was rearended and took it to Anderson to get fixed. The lady told me two weeks to fix, after ten days I called to check and they said another three weeks. Called insurance and told them I wanted to take my truck somewhere else and Anderson finished at three weeks total. Again, they were not friendly or helpful. Will not buy from again or get any service done there again.
