Review content:
Over the past 7 yrs. I have been to six different vets here in the Flower Mound area. Some were just satisfactory over all and one I will never go back to again. There are two things that can ruin the possibility of a lifetime customer. One is a bad rapport with the doctor and the other is the staff. I have left many vets offices and family doctors because of rude non-caring staff members. I have to sing VERY high praises for the staff and Dr. Harvey. The "girls" at the counter were ssooo nice on the phone answering all my questions and being very patient with me. And Dr. Harvey was very nice and compassionate with my injured pup. I am happy to say that I have found a lifetime "doc" for all of my babies!
