Pieratt's has a couple of locations around Lexington though I have only been inside the one on Nicholasville Road. Getting into and parking in their parking lot is difficult at best but is definately worth the effort. Though it's a relatively small shop compared to other big box stores here in town they offer the best deals on high end Audio/ Visual equipment and appliances. The sales staff is welcoming and friendly, allowing you to browse all you want and come to them when you have questions etc. Children are welcomed here as well and my girls have always been offered a cookie, a lollipop, stickers or something to keep them happy while we shopped. I've not had anything delived by them so I can't really review their delivery service but in store customer service has always been great for us.
