On July 13 2010 our Roto-Rooter plumber was John 2723 and we had requested him for our plumbing repair because of our satisfaction with his work on a previous occasion. \r

As expected, John arrived promptly at our designated service time. He quickly assessed the problem with our toilet flow, explained our options and gave a reliable estimate on the cost of correcting the problem. He then proceeded to fix the plumbing issue and in addition offered us some valuable (requested) advice on possible future upgrades to our other bathroom. \r
\r
John is prompt, efficient, honest and works in a clean and professional manner. I would recommend him for plumbing services to anyone. He is also a truly likable person.
