Review content:
Our daughter flushed a pair of under ware down our toilet, which led to a major back up. I called Roto-Rooter in Cleveland and within an 1 1/2 we had a very nice knowledgeable plumber show up at our door step. Mike our plumber was very efficient and took me step by step as to what he was doing. I was pleasantly surprised when his manager also showed up at our door step with a camera after we realized it was more than just the under ware causing a problem. Needless to say, the under ware got hung up on tree roots and a solution to the problem was quickly recommended. Mike left and we received a new plumber "Jonathan" who brought in a jet to clear out the tree roots. My husband and I were very happy with the friendly, efficient service we received and would absolutely call them again should any other problems arise.\r
