Review content:
I had had ongoing plumbing problems which my previous plumber did nothing to resolve, just kept snaking out the drain. Once I called roto-rooter the second time, Larry immediately told me that he needed to look at the line to see why I need to call back. Once the problems were identified, they were shown to me so I could see what was going on. I wasn't happy with the cost, hence 4 stars, but Larry, Dave and Steve Troeter #3116 were very professional, very thorough, and very helpful. The problem was resolved to my satisfaction and I wouldn't hesitate to call roto-rooter again or recommend them to anyone with a problem.
