My negative experience is with management, not the staff or service that I've received. MATTHEA was the sales manager that I dealt with for over a month who was not honest with me and when I wanted a refund on an unused pre-paid service of $500. It's been over a month and after calling her over and over for over (half the time she was available), I still have not received a refund up to this day. When I was able to reach her, she would give me excuse after excuse on the status of the refund and then would blame others without having any integrity of following through on her word.\r \r Folks, something financially dysfunctional is happening at the back end of the company and I just want to warn anyone who spends money here to be very cautious. Red flags go up when it takes a business over a month and still not refund you. \r \r If this happens to you, call your bank and the Better Business Bureau as I did.\r \r If the situation with MATTHEA didn't happen, I would actually give this place 4 stars because of the front desk service and the aesthetician who was really helpful and nice.
