I have been a Flint customer for years. I have purchased all my computers and electronics from Flint: 4 TVs, 2 computers, boat stereo, 1 iPod, tape deck, tuner, turntable and CD player. I have always found the owner and staff at Flint to very helpful, courteous and knowledgable. I have never waited more than a few seconds for someone to welcome and help me. They helped trouble shoot my digital outside antenna (actually sent someone to my home) when the TV changed from analogue to digital. When I had trouble with my new Sony HD TV remote, they sent someone who checked it out, said there was a problem and immediately replaced the whole setup, no questions asked. The big box stores don't do that!!! I have always found Flint will try to match prices with most retailers. I have sent many, many people to Flint, none were disappointed. I am and will always be a Flint Fan!
