This place is awesome! I live in Roseburg and on my way to Portland for my 12 year old daughter's surgery, tried to "fix" the power outlet in my Honda. I was able to dismantle the center console, disable power to the stereo and not get everything back together... I was very frustrated and started searching for stereo stores as soon as I had some down time at Doernbecher. I came across Mobile West using Google and read all the amazing reviews. I found my way through the big city traffic to the store and explained my idiocy to a very pleasant guy named Peter who asked me to come back the next morning. I did, was greeted very nicely and got my car right in. After a short wait, Peter brought my keys to me and simply said "have a nice day"! Wow! This place is top notch and I have already started recommending it! Thank you very much, you made my circumstances a little more bearable since I will have music AND a charged phone on the way home!
