I had taken my dogs to this groomer for 4 years because I felt they did a good job with the grooming. The owner Ken should not be in the business of caring for animals. I felt many times he might be abusive to my dogs. It was just a hunch and nothing I could prove. Ken feels he can be obnoxious, rude, condescending with his customers. I finally had it when he added charges to the bill that were unjustified. When I confronted him on this, he would not back down even though we had been customers since the dogs were pups. I should of left this salon years before. I overlooked his behavior. He should be in a business behind a computer or screen away from people and animals.
