Review content:
i took my vehicle in for a diagnosis because my check engine and ABS lights where on. But because I only mentioned problems with my suspenssion/steering I guess that was all that was diagnosed with an estimate of over $2000. Luckily I got a second opinion from another ASE certified tech and had all estimated work done for $500. And had it pointed out that a majority of work Franks was factoring in was not neccessary. I appreciate that Franks goes by the book but at these financial times they should think of customer satisfaction and not by what a book tells them to charge (i.e. 1 hour fee for a 20 minute job).
