I have searched several months trying to find a reliable carpet cleaning company. This was the first time I got my carpet cleaned, so I hired one of those carpet cleaners that had signs on the side of the road, with a special of whole house cleaning for $99. Wow was I naive. This guy came in with a rented carpet machine and in jeans and a tshirt. I sent him away from my house! I decided to actually research companies online, and I found Carpet Cleaning Kissimmee. They had a lot of reviews on citysearch, and they were all positive reviews. I called and the phone representative was very informative and helpful. I went ahead with the booking, still a little worried due to my last experience with the other carpet cleaning guy. Carpet Cleaning Kissimmee sent 2 technicians to my house. Both were in nice uniforms with the company name, they had professional truck mounted equipment, and they walked through the house with me and evaluated all rooms of the carpet and discussed the price with me. They took their time and I was really impressed. They finished up with the carpet cleaning and had me walk through each room again and made sure that I was satisfied with their work. Stains that I truly thought were permanent were gone! I was so happy with the cleaning that I prebooked a cleaning for my sofas in 2 weeks! Thank you so much for Carpet Cleaning Kissimmee!
