I would like it if Mike's Auto Service was more economical, but I know that if Mike says I need something done on my car, it needs to be done. I never have questions or doubts about if I am being taken for a ride; I trust what Mike says. He thinks about what I will need for my car, and in the long term he makes me happy as a customer. I have been going back to Mike's Auto for 15 years. He has gone out of his way for me many times, and knowing that I can trust him is extremely valuable to me.
