I recently had an appoint there this Sat. at 1:30 p.m. for me and my friend. First, they take us to our lockers which they were short of so we had to share one. Second, my massage appointment was with Ian. Lets start by saying I was never offering a glass of water before my massage, and I lied down in the massage bed and Ian put his cell phone next to my head. I guess he didn't want to miss a call in the middle of me getting a massage. Third of all I ordered a Essential Massage. Unfortunately, Ian doesn't know how to massage. Instead he was petting me like a cat or dog. I asked nicely can you just please massage with pressure. So he started petting me hardly. So I asked again. He said just forget it. I can't massage you. So I had to get up off the massage table after 12 minutes into it and leave. Do yourself a favor NEVER GO TO TOPPER IF YOU WANT A MASSAGE, they don't know how to. Pros: Nothing Cons: Locker, Dirty floor, bad massage
