Im Anna, 49 years old, have MS, and am now disabled. After 3 years of disability I gained a considerable amount of weight and was very very depressed about my life and my future. I went to Positive Changes Hypnosis and within the first week my whole attitude was positive. At that time I didnt even care if I was overweight or not. I was so happy to be positive. As I kept going and following the program I decided that I was also worthy of a good long life. So I started actually doing every thing they suggested. Now Im starting to lose weight and Im positive. More positive then I have ever been in my life. I owe it all to Positive Changes Hypnosis.
