I actually met Chris at Honest Install a few years ago when I applied for a job there. I'm a big audio-video guy, and I thought I might want an opportunity to work in that field. The job ended up not being a good fit for me, but I was very impressed with the professionalism of the company and their prices.
I remembered their name over the years because I had been taken back by how customer-friendly they were, and when I had the opportunity to do some surround sound installation in my upstairs room, they were the first people I thought of. It was a very positive experience. There were a few minor hiccups, but they were all easily resolved.
