This is my second foray into the world of home theater,the 1st being with those voted "Best in America" guys & the differences couldn`t be more pronounced. Mike, Dave, Chandler & Sammie were consumate professionals from the beginning until the end of the install. The install went flawlessly except for the time they had to spend fixing the voted "Best in America`s" guys lack of quality work. Namely co-ax connectors that popped off if you looked at them wrong. Pig-tailed wires with black electricioans tape around them & messy wire runs. These guys were "Polite, Punctual, Professional, Proficient, Pleasant, Painstaking, Poised, overall just really great guys. Me being a Telephone repairman for over 30 years I can say without hesitation what is involved in an install such as the one they did at my house. The quality was & is un-surpassed. If anyone is thinking about up-grading their viewing experience, do yourself a favor & forgoet about the voted "Best in America" guys & go with my guys. I call them my guys because they`re the kind of people you`d have over for dinner or to watch sporting events or just have a beer with. Superb, superb, superb is all I can say.
