Hi,
I could not register on your page to give feedback, so I thought I would give this address a try. Briefly, I had a nonfunctioning (non-cooling) split unit in Brandon about two weeks ago. I called one of your competitors, (initials O.H.A) and they sent a technician that evening. His only solution to my problem was complete system replacement, and he would have it done that very night. After speaking with my wife we decided to get a second opinion, as his prices seemed high. We called you the next day, and received an appointment later in the day. Not only was your tech, Chris personable and informative, but also HONEST! He was able to replace a dead capacitor and a fan motor for a fraction of the cost of the ""Big Guys"", but also explained my several options, as my unit is, truthfully coming towards the end of its service life. In closing, I'll say that your service was head and shoulders above the others, your honesty was a breath of fresh air, and when the time comes, I will only do business with Cornerstone when its time to replace my system.
