From the initial phone call to walking on my clean, soft carpet - FNF was a joy to work with. The price quote I received was extremely accurate, and included so much more than the other, "bargain" cleaners I've tried.
There were no hidden costs; the cleaning system was so good it made my old carpet look, feel and smell amazingly fresh.
In addition, there were two areas I had given up hope of repairing, as none of the other companies thought it was possible they all said I needed to replace the carpet. Fred from FNF took one look prior to starting the cleaning, and then offered to take care of those areas in the same visit as the cleaning! My carpet required patching, and Fred was able to use a piece of the carpet in a back closet which saved a lot of money.
I could not believe the pleasant, "can-do" attitude of my team leader - Fred. He was so nice and the repair work he did was incredibly professional.
They moved furniture other companies would not touch, and the carpet dried in even less time than they thought - all good things.
Fred and FNF are the only carpet cleaners (and repair) I will use in the future - Excellent Experience!
