Fantastic life change. This is not a diet, it is a total change. Not only the way I eat, the things I want to eat and my total mind set. I am down 70 pounds in 7 months and 1/2 way to my goal. Things at work that use to bother me and send me into a tail spin, no longer effect me. \r
