My dell desktop wouldn't boot and it had all of my company's files on there. I was on the phone for hours with Dell and they said the files are not recoverable and go to a data recovery place. New York Computer Help was honest enough to let me know my motherboard failed, but my hard drive was perfectly fine and didn't need data recovery. They recovered the files to a new external hard drive, all for under $200 for the labor and part. They even emailed me instructions on how to import my emails. They really care and I appreciate their superior customer service.
