Rick C. (their field supervisor) came out as our technician to diagnose a circuit break that caused several ceiling lights to fail. He was very knowledgeable (he has background as a electrical engineer), professional, and friendly. We had him come back a few weeks later to run grounds to several rooms we have electronics in that had open grounds, which required him to have to pull new circuits under the house to those locations and cut new outlets and install face plates for those outlets. He cleaned up all the mess getting that done required (vacuumed up dust from from cutting new holes for outlets, replaced dirt he had to dig out to get under the house, etc.) and did everything very quickly. Even had him install a panel surge protector while he was out.\r

In short, very satisfied and will keep Rick and Mister Sparky in mind for any future electrical issues and recommend him to others.
