Outrageous prices, Poor Customer Service and Optical Care
I was seen twice within two weeks for an examine. I have 20/20 vision and I was prescribed a .75 prescription. I currently do not wear eyeglasses nor contacts. However, I was interested in a pair of frames as part of the ""accessory ensemble"".........I had no idea she (the ""DOCTOR"") would prescribe such a strong magnifying perscription as if I was totally blind..........It was HAM (Hot A__ Mess).........There was no reason to leave with the glasses since I couldn't do anything with them. Even the gentlemen in the Sales area said, you have 20/20 so I'm not sure why the prescription is so strong after having me to read a chart.
Went back and demanded that she provide lenses with no prescription.....Then she didn't want to give me the case to the glasses that I purchased. Even after telling her a week prior that I never took the glasses home.....
EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
