Review content:
The worst in service, ever! I asked for an estimate on my vehicle. I left to go shopping and when I returned and they decided to fix it without my authorization and tried to charge me. I signed nothing and was under the impression my extended warranty covered everything. After a call to GM, they had no choice but to call it a ""Goodwill"" gesture. Another incident was when they needed to keep my car overnight and I needed a rental car which is covered under my warranty. I did not want to use Enterprise which is at their onsite location. I went home without a rental car. After a call to GM I found out my extended warranty wilI cover ANY rental car agency. The service man told me he was NOT allowed to inform me of this because they have some sort of contract with enterprise. I would advise NO ONE to do business with people like this.
