Review content:
The Comfort Expert technician that repaired my Bryant heat pump had his office call before arriving at the appoinment, arrived on time, and had his office call again to let me know that he had arrived! The technician really knew a LOT about heating and cooling systems, and was able to explain in (terms that I could understand) what exactly had caused the problem with the heat pump. The technician repaired the heat pump extremely fast, but waited until he was absolutely sure the system was working properly before leaving for his next appointment. The technician also showed me some affordable matenance agreement plans that will get me a discount on my next service call! I'm totally satisfied with every aspect of the service. Five Stars!
