I'm Indian, and have eaten Indian food for more than 25 years. The food at this place is very americanized. I'm not just talking about the level of hotness or spiciness. The taste in general is bad. The service is also variable depending on the color of your skin. If you are Indian, they don't like you. If you are white, you may get good service. I have heard the same comment from several of my friends, both Indian and Caucasian. If you want good Indian food in Salt Lake City, go elsewhere. There are better Indian restaurants in SLC with good food and service. I will not list them here on this page, as that would be bad manners. Pros: Close to downtown and University area Cons: Bad food; Bad service.
