Jerry did a fantastic job! He's extremely knowledgeable and quick! He had all the items picked up off our floors in no time and then went to it. The price was higher than quoted over the phone, so he gave us a discount. We had quite a few stains and most came right up. We'll see if it lasts but do have the spot treatment if it doesn't. Overall, great experience and we'd use them again.
