I have used Carpet Dryclean services since 1996. They just completed cleaning 2 area carpets for me today and I have to say that this company's representatives and service are beyond reproach. Elmer and Ramon did the cleaning and they were meticulous. They completely cleaned up after themselves and moved my furniture back into place (including a lot of expensive accessories). There is no trace that they were ever here except for the fact that the carpet looks much better than it did before they arrived. The product that they use to clean the carpet has a lightly fragrant scent and it is very effective at lifting soil from the carpet. There were a couple of areas that my puppy had soiled. Elmer and Ramon worked very hard to get these out. The area looks wonderful now!! They could not have been anymore receptive, helpful or friendly to work with and it was a true pleasure doing business with them. Customer Service at this level is so rare.
