My carpets were in pretty bad shape, after about 6 years with nothing but vacuuming and an indoor dog for most of the time. I called Carpet Dryclean, not knowing what to expect. They did a very good job, leaving most of the carpet in like new shape. Since it is not a steam-cleaning process, the carpets were ready to use as soon as they left. They could not completely get out the worst stains, and did not even try to get the most of the way spots, which was slightly annoying. Still, considering how bad a shape the carpets were in, I was very happy with the results and would use them again.
Pros: Good service, explains process well, fast turnaround
Cons: Somewhat expensive
