I have been using carpet dryclean for about 3/4 years. They have never dissapointed me in any area of the whole process. It is easy to get a quick appt., they give you a reminder call, they arrive on time, & most importantly they leave you with a super clean carpet. Believe me , I have a dog with issues. They have gotten it ALL out every time. Joe and Miquel have been very friendly, professional and dedicated to providing excellant service. They both aim to please their customers & take their job very seriously. I will not ever use another CO. (dry or wet clean) because there are no complaints here at all with their entire service. I have tried both wet and other dry clean companies previously, but none of them get out pet stains as well as carpet dryclean. Try them and you will not be sorry!
Pros: they give you a bucket of cleaner that works wonders on stains until your next visit
Cons: a bit pricey but worth it
