I moved into a house that had 5 year old beige carpet, an infant, and cats (stains and smells!) After 10 months in the house, a baby on the way motivated the time to clean the nasty carpet. These guys showed up an hour after the initial phone call, gave a free demo, and were done three hours later. The place looks and smells like I just installed new carpet. The dry cleaning is so convenient, no waiting to replace furniture, etc. The two guys, Carlo and Marlon, were very friendly, professional, and passionate about clean carpet. Their knowledge of the process and chemicals was explained in detail during the demo, and left me with a sense of security before allowing them to start the job. I will use them again when carpets need cleaned. JOHN
