Terry showed up on time, took the time to explain the process -- including admitting what he might not be able to do -- then got right to work and did a remarkable job. Our daughter's carpet was especially dreadful, but Terry and his drycleaning ""snow"" got it all up. So we bought a bucket of ""snow"" to keep around and will definitely have him back in 6-8 months when the carpet needs cleaning again. He also thoroughly cleaned up the residue ""snow"" and gave us great tips on how to handle spills and stains in the future. I'm super impressed. Highly recommended!
