Vance called ahead as promised and even was able to come early which suited me. My area rugs had been stored for many years and when we moved and then put them down in our new home they looked soooo dingy and dirty. Vance explained the entire process, he was engaging, polite and a real delight to have in my home. The rugs look far better and the entire process was so much better than sending them out, waiting and having them been wet and re-blocked. I cannot recommend this company more highly and Vance in particular. I am writing an email to many local friends and taking his card to several consignment shops so they can recommend him to clean the rugs that come from homes to consignment and need a good clean. A+ service from this company.
