Miguel Polo came over to clean our carpets. He was very thorough and friendly. He called me the day before and called the day he was coming to let me know when he would come. He arrived on time. He was extrememly helpful with explaining the process and also answering my questions on carpet in general. I would recommend them to my friends.
Pros: fresh smelling, no water involved, easy to use product
