I needed to have my whole house's carpets cleaned FAST. I looked on the internet and typed it ""review carpet cleaners raleigh."" I read reviews of various places; no place had more than 2 reviews anywhere except Carpet DryClean which had well over a thousand. Literally everybody loved this place and their people...they were right. I had Carlo and Marlon. Carlo was the lead guy. He definitely cared about what he was doing, and he really worked on my old dingy carpets! I actually hugged him when I saw my steps. Nothing could make my 15 year old carpets look like new, but they look great! I am not feeling the need to go buy new anytime soon. By the way...I have not had my carpets cleaned in over 9 years; I have 5 children, a dog and a cat. Wow!\r

Pros: DRY, thorough, caring
Cons: a little pricey...but worth it
