I was really impressed with the test cleaning. The cleaning products did a great job getting out normal dirt in high traffic areas. The team of gentle men were on time, professional and took their time to make sure they cleaned everything as thoroughly as they could. The only thing I would recommend is that if you have children that you not keep them around the cleaning products until the alcohol smell goes away. The dry cleaning product was great because you didn't have to wait for it to dry, but it has a very, very strong odor. I would recommend using them.
Pros: no waiting for the carpet to dry
Cons: odor of cleaning products, some stains showed up after it dryed
