Terry provided very good service, very professional. We had some terrible stains on the carpet (2 toddlers spilling juice and whatever else) and the carpet was black in places of high traffic. We thought we were going to have to replace the carpet it looked so bad. They did an outstanding job cleaning the rug. We are very happy with the result and feel like we can invite people over again. \r

The original quote we received turned out to be too low and when we received the cost we were a bit shocked. The cleaner, I believed was shocked as well by the size of our rooms (although we did mention we had a 2800 square foot house during phone estimation), and there was a lot of carpet to clean. However, the company had a great policy that they must price within 10% of their original estimate, and they honored that, so we were only charged 110% of the original phone estimation.\r
