I was impressed by how quickly Carpet Dryclean was able to come to my home. Ferdi was very concerned that I be satisfied with how my ottoman was going to look before cleaning my couch. Since it had water damage, the drycleaning method did not work, but Ferdi did not seem disappointed that I declined to have the ottoman and couch done. He and his helper did a very thorough job on my carpets and removed all of the stains. I was impressed by how well the drycleaning powder worked, but must say that it is a little tough on the eyes and lungs to be around until the rooms are aired out well. Fendi made sure that I was pleased with the results before payment was due. He was very professional, and I would have no concerns about having him or his helper back again. All in all, a great experience and a business that I will definitely be using again.
Pros: eager to please, fast service, thorough cleaning, courteous staff
Cons: drycleaning powder makes eyes burn and irritates throat until the room is aired out well
