We have had our Champagne Pool for about eight weeks and wanted to let you know that we could not be happier. \r
Teri Smathers, our sales professional, impressed us immediately with your sales presentation. Unlike others who quoted us, Teri spent a great deal of time educating us on all the facets of pool building. Because of Teri, we were able to make the right decisions for our family on the water purifying system, the pebble tec, the water features, etc.\r

Each of the crews who did installation were, without exception, professional, skilled, respectful and efficient. We were particularly impressed by the team that blew the gunite as they went the extra step to put up plastic walls that helped protect our neighbor’s property.\r

One of the reasons we are so satisfied with Champagne Pools, is due to their combined buying power with other pool builders, the standard choices elevate the standard of pool options. A clear example of this is the Flagstone Pavers used for our patio. The intricate design pattern of the brick looks like we spent an absolute fortune on the pavers. In reality, our choice was a standard option with Champagne Pools.\r

Lastly, we want to say that we were very pleased with Florida Pool Enclosures who Champagne had quote us on the enclosure installation. We invested in the upgrade to the decorative columns which blend seamlessly with our home’s color and texture. We had no idea, though, that at night, it would make our outdoor space absolutely mesmerizing. We had the LED light installed with the pool. The colors of the pool water reflect off of the decorative columns and the area literally comes alive with color. No one told us about this effect, but, honestly it makes the outdoor space magical.\r

Two other Champagne Pools employees also deserve recognition: Richard Moseley who was quick to respond to every and any concern we voiced and Lance Turner who deserves his title of service manager. He provided exemplary service to us and is also a good teacher at “pool school.”\r
