On my way home last night I noticed a nail in one of my tires.It was about 6pm and I had been told that chatsworth tires was open later than other places so I thought I would take a chance. Upon arrival all the service bays were open and the employees were working on cars.I get in the office and after waiting 15 mins. while the guy behind the desk is talking with another customer.He tells me their CLOSED.When I ask him what time there hours are he tells me they closed at 5:30. Leaving me with wasted time,two kids in the car and a nail in my tire!\r
GUESS HE DIDNT WANT TO MISS HAPPY HOUR AT LOS TORROS down the street.Never again will I ever do business here.Suprising in this economy that he can be so RUDE and still turn a profit.
