WORST SERVE EVER AND NO INTEGRITY! Took my 2012 Chevy Traverse for oil change, rotate tires and had some issues with the alingment. I made appt. like they askeD for faster service. Could not get service tech to call back and after having my car all day, He said there was nothing wrong with alignment there was no left pulling and that it was the road. I explained that also had a 2012 chevy silverado and those issues were not occuring with that vehicle. He basically said I we were imagening and they were not going to do anything else and for me to pick up my car. after I gave him a piece of my mind and told him it was a new car and spent $45,000 I wanted them to fix it correctly. He pretty much said he was done with me and hung up. I talked to the manager and after the manager test drove the car, he admited there was a problem and it would get fixed but I would have to wait another day for my car. The next morning the manager called me and said all was good and the alignment was fixed.i GUESS THE MANGER HAD THE TECH CALL ME. i DONT KNOW WHY BECAUSE HE SURE DID NOT APOLOGIZE, ALL HE SAID WAS THAT MY CAR WAS READY. When I picked up my car I found out that the roation of tires was not preformed and now I will have to go back. IF IT WASN'T BECAUSE OF THE WARRANTIES AND IT BEING THE CLOSEST CHEVY DELEARSHIP, I WOULD NEVER GO BACK!
