Review content:
I went in to purchase gas using a Visa gift card. I wanted to fill up. The cashier said I had to give a specific dollar amount. I told them to try $30.00. I pumped my gas, and could only squeeze in $29.69. I went inside to buy a drink to use the 31 cent balance. The cashier tried to charge the card with an additional $31.66, the cost of the gas and a drink. The card would not accept the overcharge, and became unusable for the balance of money left on the card. I had to use a debit card to cover the additional money above $30.00, because I had no cash with me. The management was supposed to fix my gift card with a phone call the following morning. When I checked on the gift card, the next morning, they had fixed it by charging it with $30.00 charge, not the $29.69 I received in gas. I know a .31 cent mistake isn't a lot, but it also cost me the 10 - 15 minute time the cashier was trying to fix his mistake, and call his manager.
