Review content:
I went to Dolce for over 5 years. In that time, the salon, its' service and quality have plummeted dramatically. You can only getting an appointment by speaking to their rude call center staff (if you can even get through). I was even hung up on once after waiting 15 minutes on the line. I received a facial at the spa that burned my skin and caused my entire face to peel. I went in for a wrap before my wedding and was left 25 minutes in the room uncomfortable and sweating myself to death. The spa person told me that she would leave me to relax instead of massaging my hands and feet because I was getting a massage after. I had to unravel myself from the wrap! I have never been so uncomforable in my life. If you are expecting the usual vichy shower, you can forget it! They make you go shower in between.\r
If Dolce concentrated half as hard on their service and clients as they did their decore and basketball size court salons, then perhaps it could once again be a success as it once was. Dolce has become the Cheesecake Factory of Salons. Offer a million items on the menu, but not be exceptional or even up to par in any of the offerings. They need ot get back to basics instead of trying to be a salon, spa, med spa, event location, etc. It is a real disappointment and I would recommend going elsewhere. Not to mention the prices for hair services have become ridiculous if you want a stylist that has a clue what they are doing. Sorry Dolce but bigger and more is not better!
