I am the last person to complain about someone or something....but I have been to Dolce twice and had the same bad experience at checkout, twice, and I am finally DONE with their salon!!! They treat you like a number and not a person. I believe in giving everyone a second chance. My first visit to Dolce I had a bad experience at checkout and I let it go. I did not complain or tell anyone with their company about my experience. I simply went back recently to give them a second chance. My most recent visit had the exact same thing happen at checkout with a different person that the first time I visited. I was sooooo upset that I called Dolce corporate office after my bad experience today. They were very understanding and sorry about my experience. They offered me compensation to come back and see them again. I told them that no amount of compensation will get me to step foot in their salon again. The front desk staff was insulting and rude and treated me like a ticket and not a person. I was shocked that the same thing happened to me with two different associates at checkout months apart!!! What are they teaching these people???? I like my hair, but in a nutshell, they have no customer service skills at the front desk!!! I am not a number or a ticket....I am a human.
