I had gone here for years and always loved it, but the past couple of years the service has been BAD. Once they got my appointment time wrong and penalized me for being ""late"" and were very haughty about it, though I was 100% sure it was THEIR mistake. Another time they accused me of stealing someone's purse then finally caught their own mistake. Their attitude has consistently been condescending and rude the past few times I've gone there. The past several times the stylist I've requested has started my color but then hands me off to someone else who is clearly an apprentice, and I never see my stylist again. In addition, they gave me the wrong hair color the last time I went--I requested the same color I'd gotten the last time, and they gave me the hair color they'd given me before that--never caught their own mistake. For the prices they charge, the service and attitude are not remotely up to par. I won't go back.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Expensive, condescending, inconsistent service
