I'm annoyed with the product returns policy -- Very restrictive -- and the problem resolution proceedure -- none. The attitude seems to be if you don't like it, don't let the door hit you on the way out. Beware before you buy products this is not Nordy's.
This spa sends postcards prompting you to make your next appointment. I consider this junk mail.
The services I've tried were overall very good. I found a hair colorist who is excellent, but have yet to find a manicurist whose work I like.
