This place started with a lot of potential and has sinced flopped!! I have tried everything with them from facials to hair cuts hoping to find something great. A very expensive cut & color that had disappointing results. I made an appointment for a European Facial and there was miscommunication and the girl waxed my face!! The front desk staff are rude and snobby when it comes to getting a problem fixed! My pedicure was cancelled because the worker quit and no one called to tell me! I had to ask for some kind of compensation because they didn't offer. I received a complimentary pedicure and it ended up being horrible. Beautiful decor, but not worth the time and money. They should spend less time on the decor and work on hiring mature and respectful professionals. There are better salons out there you just have to look.
