Retired Military. Customer for 10 years. Bought AR for almost 2G's. Came back 2 weeks later to ask for assistance with gas piston mechanism. Told to read instructions or call Ruger for help. Older gentleman absolutely a JERK. I qoute ""I don't have time to help you"". Thought I'd get local small town service, but got the exact opposite. I now shop in St. Louis at local guns shops and get great service, before and AFTER the sale, DO NOT SHOP AT SMITTY'S, you'll be greatly disappointed if you ever need help.
