Review content:
I am an individual that really thinks that service is a forgotten art. This is no exception at Dick Smith Ford on Two Notch Road in Columbia, SC. I have used them on numerous occasions and I think I am done. I had high hopes and in fairness perhaps my expectations are to high for this company. Every time I am in there, I feel like I am being handed a line. I am told one thing but something totally different happens. For example, an oil change can run the gammet of 1 hour to an entire day and maybe not even finish that same day. In another instance, they replace a battery and something else is wrong with the vehicle when I get it back. I am always the one that calls them for follow ups. As someone who really gets service, this is problematic as well. Perhaps they don't have training in this area. I get the sense that they are trained to say anything to get additional work. I just don't feel like I can trust them. I am not sure where I go from here but not back to Dick Smith. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
