I love, love, love Center Flow Pilates. My Instructor, Alithea is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and takes the time to understand the specifics of your body. Her expert instruction and tremendous knowledge combine to make her studio the best around. She has changed my body (toned and slimmer) and made me aware of my posture. I’ve never had a flat tummy until I started working with her. Alithea will tailor exercises to your specific needs and her attentiveness is exceptional; she monitors every move making sure to keep your body in a safe and proper alignment. \r

The studio is absolutely charming. It is very clean, modern, and uplifting. I love the atmosphere and going there is very centering and relaxing. I would recommend Alithea because she has great equipment and superior knowledge about strengthening the body. She is very kind and smart and I am so lucky to have found her!
